full management package

£399 upfront (7% pcm + VAT)

• Evaluate your properties potential rental income and advise how best to prepare your property for market.

• Market the property within 24 hours of your instruction.

• Accompany all viewings at the property and negotiate any offers on your behalf.

• Carry out multiple reference and identity checks and arrange independent credit searches, arrange a guarantor if necessary.

• Prepare tenancy agreements which comply with current legislation.

• Collect the firsts month’s rent and deposit and secure with DPS

• Arrange a detailed colour inventory showing the properties condition and contents at the start of the tenancy.

• Notify the local council and all energy suppliers of the new tenancy with meter readings taken on the move-in date.

 

Full team of tradesmen on hand to rectify all maintenance issue. A maximum spend can also be set by the landlord at the start of the tenancy, meaning no surprises. 

• Collect the monthly rent payments on your behalf and deduct any agreed expenses and fees, forward the balance to your nominated account.

• Inspected on a regular basis to ensure that the tenant is undertaking all responsibilities in accordance with the tenancy agreement.

• Arrange renewal of rental agreements ensuring a further 6-12 months of tenancy.

• Prepare the relevant check-out documentation and statement of condition deducting any expenses from the deposit.
